What Volunteers can and Cannot do

The volunteer is expected to listen and chat , in other words , to act like a neighbour or friend just popping in to see you.
They are not carers and cannot offer any nursing and personal care, or housekeeping tasks.
However, like any friend, your volunteer may offer to make tea or pop to the shop for you - but that is just a private agreement between you two.
