EAST LEAKE VILLAGE HALL

East Leake Village Hall is a valuable community asset used for a wide variety of functions and enjoyed by residents of all ages.

It is an independent charity managed by a small committee made up of Parish Council nominees and representatives of the regular users of the hall.

After a period of neglect you cannot help but notice that the exterior of the building is now much improved, with new guttering and fascias and new entrance doors fitted. The foyer has been decorated and a new floor covering fitted. The Committee are grateful to the Parish Council for a grant of £4000 towards the cost of this work.
Th main hall was decorated in August 2008 and a complete refit of the kitchen is now being planned. Ways of financing this are currently being investigated.

As can be seen from the above table, the Hall is very well used, but sessions are available:
Wednesday afternoons from 12.30 to 15.30.
All day Saturdays - ideal venue for a Jumble Sale, charity auction, childrens party, club disco or fundraiser, commercial exhibitions and trade fairs
Sunday afternoon between 1330 and 1700 hours - ideal time for a childrens birthday party.
